A leading Ukrainian financial company, seeks talented Financial Manager to join the team. Responsibilities: • Manage day to day finances • Budget planning and creation, expense planning • Support the timely and accurate reporting of financial results in various deliverables • Coordination and consolidation of the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts / budgets. • Preparation various presentations for business reviews at various levels • Participation in special projects, including automation efforts and other improvements in the reporting process to streamline and increase effectiveness • Control observance of IFRS accounting guidelines and provide all parties involved in accounting/ reporting process with necessary recommendations • Support and actively contribution to the new projects where Finance department is involved Qualifications: • Strong financial and accounting skills • 3+ years of experience in a senior financial position • Experience in appliance IFRS in practice • Experience in cash flow management and internal reporting • Advanced user of accounting software 1C • Knowledge in Ukrainian tax system • Fluent or upper intermediate level of English Company offers: • competitive salary offer and benefits (2000 USD) • financial stability • extensive career plan • the guarantees of labor legislation • a comfortable office in the city center • great team and challenging projects E-mail for CV: ao@imhr.com.ua
